1. Service Usage

Usman Edits provides professional video editing services. By hiring our services, you agree to use them for lawful purposes only.

Any misuse, misrepresentation of content, or illegal material will result in immediate termination of the project without refund.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is required before any work begins.

• The remaining 50% must be paid upon final delivery.

• Work will only start after receiving the advance payment.

• Failure to complete payment may result in withholding of final files.

3. Deliverables

• Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed format and style discussed before starting the project.

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on revision requests or communication delays.

• Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing assets, unclear instructions) are not the responsibility of Usman Edits.

4. Revisions Policy

• Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed at the start.

• Revisions must stay within the original project scope.

• Major changes, new concepts, or complete redesigns will be charged separately.

• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• If cancelled before work begins, the advance payment is fully refundable.

• Once work has started, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.

• In case of early cancellation after partial work, a limited refund may be considered based on progress, at the discretion of Usman Edits.

• No refunds are issued after final delivery.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide clear instructions and requirements before the project starts

• Submit all necessary files (footage, logos, music, etc.) on time

• Respond in a timely manner during the project

Delays or confusion caused by missing information may affect delivery timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, final delivered videos become the client’s property for intended use.

• Usman Edits retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in portfolio or promotional material unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

Usman Edits is not responsible for any loss, damage, or consequences resulting from the use of delivered content. We ensure quality editing but do not guarantee business performance, engagement, or revenue results.
