1. Payment Structure
A 50% advance payment is required before any project begins.
The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery of the completed project.
Work will not start until the initial payment is received.
2. Refund Policy
Because each project is custom-made and requires time and creative effort:
Before Work Starts
If the project has not been started, the 50% advance payment is fully refundable upon cancellation.
After Work Has Started
The 50% advance payment becomes non-refundable once work begins.
If the client cancels the project after work has started, no full refund will be issued.
If only a small portion of the work has been completed at the time of cancellation, the client may receive a refund of 40 to 60% of the amount already paid.
After Final Delivery
No refunds will be issued once the final video has been delivered.
3. Revisions Policy
Reasonable revisions are included based on the initial agreement.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Major changes outside the original brief may require additional charges.
4. Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel before work begins for a full refund of the advance payment.
Once work is started, cancellation will not qualify for a full refund.
5. Refund Requests
To request a refund, clients must provide:
Order or project details
Reason for cancellation or refund
Any supporting information
All requests will be reviewed and responded ASAP.
